Professor Alexandra J. Roberts of Northeastern Law’s Center for Law, Information and Creativity tells Factchequeado that while Florida law bars charging for use of the Trump name at the renamed airport, trademark registrations could still allow branded merchandise sales and control over how the name is displayed.
