Professor Martha Davis Named Chair of Expert Committee for the HumanRight2Water

Martha Davis, Northeastern Law Professor and Visiting Fellow at the Harvard Carr Center for Human Rights Policy has been named chair of the Expert Committee for the HumanRight2Water (HR2W). This committee is comprised of expert members of HR2W with a high-profile academic background related to water governance issues and appointed by the Board.
