Professor Veryl Pow and Janelle Orsi, Northeastern Law's 2025-26 Givelber lecturer, will discuss finding inspiration and transformation in their legal careers. They will share stories about their work at the worker-governed Sustainable Economies Law Center, movement-building with clients, "radical real estate" projects with BIPOC land initiatives nationwide and breaking free from the competitive culture of the legal profession to center love and cooperation in their practice.
