Bio
Meagan Hecht is a part-time lecturer and clinical faculty member at Northeastern University School of Law and directs the Family Violence Immigration Practicum in this capacity. Through this clinic course, she supervises students in their work to support the direct representation of non-citizen survivors of domestic and sexual violence in a variety of humanitarian-based applications for immigration relief.
Additionally, Meagan is a supervising immigration attorney with the Immigration Unit at the Justice Center of Southeast Massachusetts. Her team represents low income individuals in a wide variety of affirmative and defensive immigration cases in the Southeast region of Massachusetts.
