Bio
Jared Hubbard is the vice president of operations and general counsel at Scytáles AB, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s operational strategy and ensuring global legal compliance. Prior to joining Scytáles, Hubbard was a partner at Fitch Law Partners, where he represented clients in complex litigation matters, with a particular focus on helping clients navigate international disputes—including domestic and international litigation, international commercial arbitration and investor-state arbitration. He represented Fortune 500 companies, high stakes investors and sovereign countries through some of their most complex disputes. Professor Hubbard also has extensive appellate experience, and frequently represented parties and amicus curiae before the United States Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Professor Hubbard serves as the president of the Boston International Arbitration Council, and previously clerked for the Honorable Edith Brown Clement on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He teaches International Business Transactions at Northeastern Law.
