Bio
Jared Hubbard is a partner at Fitch Law Partners, where he represents clients in complex litigation matters, with a particular focus on helping clients navigate international disputes—including domestic and international litigation, international commercial arbitration, and investor-state arbitration. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, high stakes investors, and sovereign countries through some of their most complex disputes. Professor Hubbard also has extensive appellate experience, and frequently represents parties and amicus curiae before the United States Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Professor Hubbard also regularly advises clients on international legal issues and cross-border contracts. He serves as the President of the Boston International Arbitration Council, and previously clerked for the Honorable Edith Brown Clement on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
