Mark Worthington is a senior partner at Special Needs Law Group of Massachusetts in Framingham, Massachusetts, where he practices exclusively in estate planning and elder law. He is a certified Elder Law Attorney (National Elder Law Foundation), past president (2007) of the Massachusetts chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a frequent lecturer for national and state continuing legal education programs. He teaches Estate Planning and also serves as an adjunct professor in the LLM Program in Estate Planning & Elder Law at Western New England University School of Law, where he teaches courses in Medicaid Planning and the Grantor Trust Rules.
