Do you have appreciated stocks in brokerage account or in certificate form? A gift of stock that has grown in value will provide support to the School of Law at its full fair market value with no capital gains at specified office hours. Donors can take a charitable deduction on their federal income tax for the market value of the securities at the time of transfer.
