The NLRB – It’s Not just for Union Shops Anymore!
Through Board decisions and General Counsel memos this year, the NLRB has taken an expansive view of employees’ rights to engage each other. Changes include how employers implement handbooks and work rules and directives to regions that non-compete agreements and confidentiality and non-disparagement clauses in severance agreements may infringe on employees’ section 7 rights.

The Impact of Recent U.S. Supreme Court Decisions on DEI, LGBTQ+ Rights and Religious Accommodations
This past summer, the U.S Supreme Court issued a series of opinions with potentially broad impact on corporate diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals to public accommodation without discrimination and the way in which employers assess employee requests for religious accommodations. Our expert panel will explore the reach and limitations of these rulings and what steps individuals, businesses and other entities should take going forward to be in compliance with the law while protecting civil rights for all.
