2010 Valerie Gordon Lecture: Justice Manuel Cepeda

Justice Manuel Cepeda, recently retired president of the Constitutional Court of Colombia, traveled to Northeastern in January to deliver the annual Valerie Gordon Human Rights Lecture. He spoke on “Justice at the Cutting Edge: Socio-Economic Rights in Colombia.”
