04.01.25 ›› Northeastern Law’s Center for Law, Information and Creativity (CLIC) hosted a discussion featuring Jacob Noti-Victor, associate professor of law at Cardozo School of Law, and David Stein, assistant professor of law and computer Science at Northeastern University, on the issues of hiding vs. disclosing the use of AI in creative works and the harm to the public that results from nondisclosure. The conversation was based on Professor Noti-Victor’s paper, “Regulating Hidden AI Authorship.”
