CLIC Democracy Now Lecture Featuring Jane Anderson

Jane Anderson, an associate professor of anthropology and museum studies at New York University, delivered a lecture at Northeastern Law on Wednesday, October 23, 2019. An expert on philosophical and practical problems that intellectual property law raises and indigenous knowledge sovereignty, Anderson addressed her research and advocacy concerning the intersection of intellectual property with the protection of indigenous/traditional knowledge resources and cultural heritage.
