On September 26, 2024, Northeastern Law’s Center for Global Law and Justice (CGLJ) welcomed Professor Tom Dannenbaum, associate professor of international law at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, as a guest speaker. Dannenbaum delivered a powerful talk on ”Siege Starvation: A War Crime of Societal Torture,” as part of CGLJ’s fall speaker series on Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.
