12.19.22 — As Massachusetts prepares for leadership changes in 2023, Northeastern Law graduates and affiliates are laying the groundwork for the exciting transitions to come.

Massachusetts Governor-Elect Maura Healey ’98 
The gubernatorial transition team, which will be led by Lieutenant Governor-Elect Kimberly Driscoll, consists of six policy committees addressing issues including transportation, housing, climate and the economy.

District Attorney Kevin Hayden
The Suffolk County DA transition and community advisory committee is tasked with providing recommendations to improve the functions and operations of the DA’s office, helping to increase community engagement by making the office more accessible and responsive to the public, and advise on policies that will seek to strengthen transparency, accountability and equity throughout the Suffolk County legal system.
