Novo Sues Lilly, Claiming Misleading Ads in Weight-Loss Drug Battle

Professor Alexandra J. Roberts, faculty director of Northeastern Law’s Center for Law, Information and Creativity, is quoted in Reuters on Novo Nordisk’s lawsuit against Eli Lilly — accusing the latter of false advertising by comparing the highest doses of its weight-loss drugs Zepbound and Mounjaro against lower doses of Novo’s Wegovy and Ozempic, in violation of the Lanham Act.
