Novo Sues Lilly Over ‘Deceptive’ Ads Comparing GLP-1 Drug Doses

Professor Alexandra J. Roberts is quoted in Endpoints News on Novo Nordisk’s lawsuit against Eli Lilly over ads comparing the highest doses of Lilly’s GLP-1 drugs to lower, outdated doses of Novo’s Wegovy and Ozempic. Roberts said the suit could double as a way for Novo to publicize its newly approved higher dose, noting that a case like this can ”bring to the attention of a lot of people” that a different dose now exists.
