Reparative Justice in the United States: Human Rights in Practice

The 2024 symposium of the Bringing Human Rights Home Lawyers' Network will focus on Reparative Justice in the United States: Human Rights in Practice. The symposium will address (1) state and local initiatives for reparative justice in the US, (2) creative tools for implementing reparative justice principles, and (3) next steps for reparative justice and human rights in the US. The symposium will include a keynote conversation with Justin Hansford and Margaret Burnham, a lunchtime keynote address by Gay McDougall, and expert panelists leading reparative justice initiatives around the country. Applications for CLE credit in California and New York are pending.
