Flex JD Application Process

FlexJD Transfer Applicants

The School of Law welcomes transfer applications from students who will have completed their first year at an ABA-approved law school.

If accepted, transfer students will begin upper-level coursework in the fall term. Applicants will receive a decision shortly after their files are complete. Transcripts must include all grades from the first-year law curriculum.

To apply as a transfer student, submit the following:

  • Application by deadline*
  • Dean’s letter of good standing
  • Résumé
  • Transfer statement
  • CAS report that includes LSAT results, letter(s) of recommendation (one letter from a current law school professor required; two letters allowed) and all required transcripts, including your current law school.

There is no application fee for any application.

* Applications received after July 1 will be reviewed on a space-available basis. All admitted students must submit an enrollment deposit no later than July 15.
