In terms of support and resources, what do you recommend to prospective students considering Northeastern Law?
Northeastern Law’s co-op program is honestly what sets the school apart—you get three full semesters of real legal work to hone specific skills or figure out what you actually want to do. Whether it's government, in-house, big law or public interest, co-op gives you hands-on skills and professional connections that make you a more competitive and confident candidate throughout your legal career.
What extracurricular activities have you been involved with at Northeastern?
Middle Eastern and South Asian Students Association (MESALSA) E-board, Northeastern University Law Review and the Northeastern Law softball team.
What has been your favorite part about doing co-op while at NUSL? Can you describe the experience?
My co-op at the Massachusetts Senate Ways and Means Committee gave me substantive legal and policy work, including analyzing legislation, researching regulatory frameworks and working on budget and fiscal policy issues that impact how the Commonwealth functions.
