Join Northeastern Law’s Center for Law, Equity and Race (CLEAR) in discussing how to advocate for an end to mis- and disinformation around militarized ICE enforcement, when states can prosecute federal officials, and whether ICE officers have immunity for their activities. Highlighting the tragic shooting of Renee Good, we will examine state and federal tools for accountability. This is not about a single case but about a long pattern of lawless ICE activities. Guidance for students advocating for ICE accountability will be shared.
