Drew DeVoogd is a partner in the Intellectual Property Section at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, where he focuses primarily on patent and trade secret litigation. An experienced trial attorney, Professor DeVoogd frequently represents clients at the intersection of technology and international trade in high stakes patent infringement disputes at the International Trade Commission. He is a member of the Mintz Pro Bono Committee and has an active pro bono practice, assisting clients with immigration and domestic violence-related matters. Through formal and informal mentoring, and as a long-time contributor to the firm’s CLE curriculum, Drew instructs younger attorneys at Mintz in all manner of substantive and practical areas of IP litigation. Professor DeVoogd is a 2007 NUSL graduate, an avid cyclist and turophile.
