Bio
Eric Forni’s practice focuses on securities regulation and white collar investigations. He has been an enforcement attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission in its Boston Regional Office since 2007 and is currently practicing as a trial attorney in that office. Professor Forni has taught Securities Regulation at Northeastern Law since 2019. He also has experience teaching a white collar investigations course.
