Bio
Heather Govern is a vice president and the director of the Clean Air and Water Program at the Conservation Law Foundation in Boston, MA. She manages a team of attorneys who litigate against corporate and governmental defendants that are in violation of state and federal environmental laws. Previously, Heather worked as a staff attorney with the National Environmental Law Center, where she litigated in federal courts across the country against large corporations in violation of the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act.
