Bio
Bruce Hale is a solo practitioner based in Boston, Massachusetts. His practice, Modern Family Law, is focused exclusively on matters related to family formation through assisted procreation. Professor Hale is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Family Law, including serving on the Council as representative for Region 1. He is the co-author with Maureen McBrien of the third edition of Assisted Reproductive Technology: A Lawyer’s Guide to Emerging Law and Science (ABA Publishing) and with Melissa Kucinski and Michael Coffee of Family Law Across Borders (West Academic).
