Colleen Dunham Henschke

Bio

Colleen Henschke is senior vice president, legal, at The TJX Companies, where she counsels on a wide variety of matters. Prior to joining TJX in 2006, Professor Henschke practiced at WilmerHale in Boston where her practice focused on complex commercial disputes, corporate and securities litigation, and government investigations. While at WilmerHale, she taught seminars through the Boston Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education program, and co-chaired the Public Policy Committee of the BBA’s Litigation Section.  During law school, she served as note editor of the Boston University Law Review.
