Bio
Professor Mary E. Landergan teaches entertainment law and constitutional law at Northeastern University School of Law. She also serves as counsel at Rich May in Boston, where her practice focuses on intellectual property law including trademarks and copyright. She helps clients through the trademark registration and maintenance process nationally with the USPTO and locally with state agencies. Professor Landergan has represented a wide range of clients in the entertainment business on contract, copyright and trademark matters. She previously served as in-house counsel at ABC and CBS and worked as an Access to Justice Fellow with the Anti-Defamation League.
