Bio

David London is a trial attorney in the enforcement division of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where he makes tactical and strategic decisions in litigated cases against investment advisers, broker-dealers, securities issuers and other persons. He teaches Securities Regulation as an adjunct professor at Northeastern Law. Professor London has also served as a special assistant United States attorney, where he prosecuted an insider trading case for the US Department of Justice.  He was an adjunct professor at New England Law|Boston from 2011 to 2023, where he taught Securities Regulation. From 2003-2011, Professor London was an adjunct professor at Boston University, where he taught two graduate-level courses: Legal and Regulatory Issues in the Financial Industry and Financial Markets and Institutions. Prior to joining the SEC, Professor London worked at Choate, Hall & Stewart.
