Bio
Mark A. Pedulla is Counsel for Wage & Hour in the Boston Regional Solicitor’s Office at the United States Department of Labor. Professor Pedulla supervises and manages all of the wage and hour litigation for the Department of Labor across New England, largely under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Prior to his work at the Department of Labor, Professor Pedulla served as a law clerk to Judge Rosemary S. Pooler of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Mark L. Wolf of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Professor Pedulla has a background in labor and community organizing, and has worked for the janitors’ union in Boston—now SEIU Local 32BJ—as well as community-based organizations such as City Life/Vida Urbana and the Hyde Square Task Force. He graduated from Yale Law School in 2012, and received his undergraduate degree in English from Boston College in 2001.
