Bio
Michael Tumposky is a partner at Hedges & Tumposky, where he concentrates on complex criminal and civil litigation. He also maintains an active appellate practice, having argued multiple cases at the First Circuit and the Supreme Judicial Court. Additionally, he has tried civil cases in areas ranging from police misconduct and First Amendment violations, to employment discrimination and common law torts. Tumposky is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College in Macon, Georgia, frequently serves as a trainer for the Committee for Public Counsel Services, and is a member of both the Criminal Justice Act and CPCS Homicide Panels. He teaches Evidence and Trial Practice.
