Long Covid Bias Cases Fight Long Odds Even Before Reaching Court

Professor Wendy Parmet is quoted in Bloomberg Law on why long Covid workplace discrimination cases so rarely reach the courts, despite the condition affecting as many as 1 in 6 people who contract Covid-19. Parmet suggested one reason for the scarcity of rulings may be that employers are successfully accommodating workers and resolving disputes before they escalate to litigation.
