Author Event with Qian Julie Wang
On April 7, 2021, Qian Julie Wang, author, speaker and litigator, shared an exclusive reading from her literary memoir about growing up undocumented in New York City and engaged in a discussion about the recent spate of anti-Asian violence, and how the model minority myth affects the advancement of Asian Americans in the legal profession. The event was moderated by Professor Margaret Y.K. Woo, Northeastern University School of Law.
