Judiciary Under Fire

On Friday, October 22, 2021, a panel of wise retired and semi-retired judges, including the Honorable Carol Ball ’76, the Honorable Isaac Borenstein ’75, the Honorable Dana Fabe ’76 and the Honorable Victoria Roberts ’76, considered what can be done to restore faith in an impartial judiciary and protect the judiciary from physical danger. Professor Brook Baker ’76 moderated the discussion. This virtual event was held in conjunction with Northeastern Law’s Alumni/ae and Reunion Weekend programming.
