As CEO and managing partner of Nixon Peabody for a decade, Andrew Glincher led a leading global 100 law firm employing more than 600 attorneys worldwide. “I’m big into relationships and consensus-building and helping people be their best,” says Andrew, who envisioned a career as a solo practitioner but ended up joining a large firm as a result of his co-op experiences and network.
The appeal of managing a global law firm was in “delivering differentiating value to our clients and helping attorneys grow,” says Andrew, who now serves as chairman emeritus. “The emphasis on community and collaboration at Northeastern is very similar to Nixon Peabody.
