PHRGE Announces Summer 2026 Scholars
04.21.26 — The Program on Human Rights and the Global Economy (PHRGE) at Northeastern University School of Law is pleased to welcome its summer 2026 scholars: Isabelle Stoute ’28, Tazrean Hossain ’27 and Zeynep Incedere LLM ’26. Every quarter, PHRGE provides financial support to outstanding JD and LLM students who have chosen to work with co-op employers that protect and promote human rights.

Isabelle Stoute ’28Due Diligence Project Izzy will advance human rights by researching and supporting international policy efforts to hold nation states accountable for addressing technology-facilitated violence against women. |
Tazrean Hossain ’27Workers’ Rights Unit, Greater Boston Legal Services Tazrean will protect workers’ rights in unemployment benefits, wage theft, paid family and medical leave, and labor-related immigration relief, through direct representation of vulnerable workers, policy advocacy and community outreach. |
Zeynep Incedere LLM ’26Project Citizenship Zeynep will assist with providing accessible legal support to immigrants seeking naturalization, protecting their right to citizenship, and strengthening equitable participation in society through community-based legal assistance. |
