Professor Ramirez to Testify Before House Judiciary Committee

Professor Deborah Ramirez will testify before the House Judiciary Committee this Thursday, September 12, in support of a racial profiling data collection bill that would require state and federal law enforcement agencies to better track and accumulate information regarding stops.
