Human Rights

Northeastern Law provides countless opportunities to dive into the complex challenges associated with protecting and promoting human rights. Our efforts are led by the Center for Global Law and Justice, which employs innovative and collaborative approaches to address the most urgent global challenges of our time. The center focuses on global injustice and diverse forms of inequality and subordination through commitments to promoting human rights, humanitarianism, climate justice, fair governance and democracy.

You can take human rights courses taught by faculty renowned for their scholarship and advocacy, participate in specialized clinics, take advantage of co-ops across the globe and collaborate with the Program on Human Rights and the Global Economy (PHRGE) to promote human rights, particularly economic, social and cultural (ESC), in the United States and beyond. Join our passionate human rights community at Northeastern Law and position yourself to be a leader in the field.
