Recent years have reinvigorated long-running demands to acknowledge, repair, and redress racialized historical injustices including slavery and colonialism. Scholars, advocates and activists in the areas of transitional justice, human rights and reparations have all grappled with these questions.

Join us for an interdisciplinary conversation about how to think about history in the present, the role of race in international, transitional, and historical justice, and redress and remedy for harms that reach from centuries ago into today.
