Biographies

Veronica Alix ’21 focuses on executive compensation and ESG in the corporate governance world. She started working in the corporate governance field at BNY Mellon on their Proxy Voting and Research team, which was also her last Northeastern Law co-op. Now she works at ISS Corporate Solutions advising publicly traded companies on compensation and governance practices. She has a BA in architectural studies and international relations from Boston University and a JD from Northeastern University School of Law.

Dana Antenucci ’14 is a principal at tech advisory firm FS Vector. Dana advises Fintech clients on regulatory compliance matters, with an emphasis on new program development and licensing. Dana has extensive experience with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions compliance, including Know Your Customer (KYC), enterprise and customer risk assessment, and transaction monitoring and reporting. Previously, Dana worked at BDO USA within the risk and regulatory advisory practice where she advised a range of financial institutions. Prior to consulting, Dana worked at Wells Fargo and HSBC within the suspicious activity monitoring and reporting functions. Dana received her BA from Central Connecticut State University and her JD from Northeastern University School of Law.

Christie Dougherty is a senior manager of Privacy and Ethics & Compliance at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. She supports the company’s global data privacy program, including managing data subject requests, handling potential personal data incidents and breaches, contracting, and advising different areas of the business on how to incorporate privacy by design principles. She holds three privacy certifications – Certified Information Privacy Professional in Europe (CIPP/E), the US (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) – and has also earned the designation of Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).
