In terms of support and resources, what do you recommend to prospective students considering Northeastern Law?
The Northeastern Law professors are great. They are always available to support us and help us succeed. The co-op office has also been very helpful and worked hard to ensure that all of us in the FlexJD program found great co-ops that not only helped us work toward our legal goals but also worked with our schedules since we most of us work full time.

What extracurricular activities have you been involved with at Northeastern?
I have worked closely with one of my first-year law school professors, initially as a teaching assistant and currently as a research assistant.

What is your favorite aspect of Northeastern Law’s co-op program?
During my first co-op, I had the opportunity to work with a compliance and risk management team that focused on the legal aspects of international clinical trials. As someone with a background in human resources in biotech, it was fascinating to learn about the legal side of clinical trials in biotech, which was completely new to me. I was fortunate enough to work with a supportive team of people who were eager to teach me and the skills I developed during this time have continued to benefit me throughout law school.
