12.04.23 — Congratulations to Professor Wendy Parmet, whose new book, Constitutional Contagion: Covid, the Courts, and Public Health, receives a glowing review by Linda Greenhouse in the Dec. 21, 2023, issue of The New York Review. Greenhouse writes, “in Constitutional Contagion Parmet has a broader project in mind than tracing the evolution of religious privilege.
